Here are the locations of all Altars of Lilith in the Hawezar region of Diablo 4.

To celebrate her much-awaited return, Lilith's worshippers have built Altars of Lilith all over Sanctuary in Diablo 4. During your journey, you will often come across these statues, and interacting with them will boost one of your character stats.
While some Altars of Lilith are easy to spot, others are locked behind environmental puzzles and dungeons. As such, we have curated guides that mark the locations of all Lilith statues in the game. This guide focuses on all Altars of Lilith in the Hawezar region of Diablo 4.
D4 Altars of Lilith Hawezar Locations

Hawezar is the swamp region of Sanctuary, which you can find south of the Fractured Peaks. It's a gloomy place full of bogs and wetland forests. Some Altars of Lilith are particularly challenging to find, and the map above should give you an idea about how to approach them.
Praying at an Altar of Lilith will improve one of the five stats of your character. These could be:
- +2 Strength
- +2 Intelligence
- +2 Willpower
- +2 Dexterity
- +8 Maximum Life
These stats boost will carry over to your alternate characters as well, so if you end up getting +2 Strength on your Sorcerer, fret not, as the increase in stats will also be available for your Barbarian.
